274 S. Matanzas Blvd- Railed Board Check

Avoiding problems is wise, but most of the time builders fail to be proactive and end up reacting to too many problems that could have been avoided had they taken the time to plan and think ahead.

Today I'm measuring the railed form boards to double check they were installed per-plan dimensions for the mono slab. If this is out a few inches, it creates huge problems because the floor joists are built per-plan, and they will fall short of the top plate framed wall if the slab is over poured. Think it doesn't happen for real? More than you can imagine, unfortunately.
