Here's a look inside one of the 12 units at the property. New Waynescoating on the walls, fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets, fixtures, appliances, vanity, toilet and shower. These units will make a great apartment home centrally located to all the restaurants in Avondale and Riverside.
We've renamed the property "Avondale Place." Check back soon. We'll have photo's of the outside and interior showing the final renovated apartment.
