This lovely "Century" old home is almost done with its Extreme Home Makeover! It's taken six months to transform this property into a fantastic home. This 1913 home has been essentially rebuilt- everything is new inside from the drywall, door knobs, appliances, HVAC, wiring, plumbing and on and on....It will be a low maintenance home compared to most of the properties in the Historic District, giving the owner's  peace of mind and time to enjoy life!

We are now starting to put this 100 year old home back together. The new drywall will be a huge improvement over the lath and plaster walls from 1913. All the not-so-pretty work, like rewiring, replumbing, HVAC and other stuff is finally done. We start working on the finish work, like painting, sheetrock, trim, etc.. Check back with us soon. This home will be ready for it's new family in 4 weeks.
