1104 osceola street riverside

Here's a short video from our latest renovation project in Historical Riverside, close to 5-points, The Shoppes of Avondale, and all the great restaurants in the area. This lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath, plus office home will be available in two weeks. It is zoned CRO, and the office has its own entry door, so this will be a perfect setup for a professional person wanting a live~work home.

1104 Osceola Street (Historic Riverside)

Our latest project in Riverside is coming along nicely. We worked on this property back in 2009, replacing the electric, plumbing, HVAC and refinishing the wood flooring and leased it to a tenant who recently moved out. The zoning on this building is CRO (Commercial Residential Occupancy), which fits perfectly for those wanting a live-work opportunity or anyone who just loves the charm of a Historical home with the conveniences of newer construction.

When we finish this project later in July, we'll have added a new on-suite MASTER BEDROOM, complete with double sink vanity, huge oversized enclosed shower, jetted soaking tub, plus a extremely large walk-in closet (very rare find in Historical homes indeed)! Also we're adding a completely new gourmet kitchen, with S/S appliances, island and lots of granite countertops to make prep and cooking enjoyable.

One of the most appealing features of this home are the soaring 22' ceilings in the family / great-room, and the inviting large covered front porch. If you'd like more information on this property, please call or email us today.

1514 Dancy Street (Historical Avondale)

This project was one of our favorite; it's one of our biggest transformations from being the ugliest home that was abandoned since the 90’s to becoming the home with the most curb appeal in the area. Tons of neighbors came by towards the end telling us how they couldn’t believe how beautiful the home turned out. Upon listing the it for sale, there was dozens of agent showing requests, but not before a young couple snapped it up the first day it was listed for sale.
