Just completed the new buyer walk thru and orientation with Clay and Jessie. At their new home. They love this house.
Framing is moving along nicely. Weather permitting we should be done and roof sheathing finished in a week. Check back soon for more updates.
Job is about to take a huge turn as we start putting it back together. Had aot of electric, plumbing and hvac work to this point. Next phase is drywall, new kitchen and bath vanities, wood floors and fixtures. This house will be awesome then done in about six weeks.
Poured the slab for the foundation this morning. Framers onsite tomorrow for about three weeks building the structure. It's going to be an awesome home with great views.
Form boards are the start to this new construction build we've started on the boulevard. Great setting on this lot across from the beach overlooking the Guana.
New complete renovation job across from the beach just started. We're adding 2 new bedrooms, and new baths, kitchen and razing the ceilings throughout to give it a more open feel inside.
House is progressing well. Will be installing drywall next week. Expect to be done the first week of May.
