This home is the fourth custom coastal home we've designed and built in Davis Shores, on Anastasia Island, in St Augustine, Florida. The first word when people come to see this home is WOW! Great floor plan, open, bright and fabulous views of the park.
205 Alcazar Street- Completion
This home turned out great. Lot's of interested buyer's, and under contract less than one week after getting the certificate of occupation from the building department. We're building a very similar floor plan next door with a completely different exterior elevation. It will be completed by the end of May, 2017

Well Hurricane Matthew is gone and we are back on track with this great new construction home at Davis Shores. Exterior paint just completed yesterday and now we move inside. More pics to come soon.

Post Hurricane Mathew Update
Thankfully both homes we are building in St Augustine at Davis Shores faired great after getting pounded by Hurricane Matthew. It was a bing relief when we checked out both properties today, and not one problem outside and no water inside either. Thank God!
