We've made excellent progress on this home. Interior trim then paint this week, followed by the exterior siding and painting. House us really taking shape and will be done by early September.

This home is transitioning from framing to siding and drywall work inside. This is the phase the home starts to take shape and the character begins to be revealed. We are expecting to complete construction by the first week of September. Call if you have any questions.

Job is about to take a huge turn as we start putting it back together. Had aot of electric, plumbing and hvac work to this point. Next phase is drywall, new kitchen and bath vanities, wood floors and fixtures. This house will be awesome then done in about six weeks.

Poured the slab for the foundation this morning. Framers onsite tomorrow for about three weeks building the structure. It's going to be an awesome home with great views.
