Drive & walkways installed....now the painters and flooring contractors are onsite working. The home will really start taking shape over the next week. We expect to be done by the end of April.

1510 Willow Branch Ave- Original Tile Roof Replacement

We hoped for the best with repairing sections of the original roof, but after pealing back a couple sections of the original clay tile, it was evident the whole roof needed to be repaired and new tiles installed. It's a very large expense, but at the end of the day necessary, so the next homeowner will enjoy a completely new roof and have no worries for many years.

Insulating a 95 year old home, low e new windows, and new energy star hvac will make this old home sooo much more energy efficient. All the better for the next family buying this completely renovated home soon.

Electric, plumbing, and HVAC finally done on this massive historical home renovation. Building inspections will be next, then insulation and drywall shortly afterwards. Before long this project will be done and will make a fantastic home for a family by Spring.
