2012 Historic Preservation Award
This is the second year in a row that Coastal Living Properties, LLC was recognized by the Jacksonville Historic Commission for the fine job restoring the abandoned home at 1318 Dancy Street. This home was uninhabited for over seven years, and was scheduled to be demolished for safety reasons. The work took over six months to complete. Here Paul proudly displays his certificate presented to him by the Historic Commission on 5/3/12.

906 Ponte Vedra Blvd: Open Cell Blown Insulation
Open Cell Foam insulation is becoming very popular with new construction because of its high energy efficient value. The foam insulation and no roof vents transform the attic space into cooler temps in the summer and warmer in the winter- the concept is similar to a insulated ice-cooler. In the end this home will have much lower heating and cooling bills.

Our system for weather proofing the exterior doors and windows is extensive because the lose of heat and cooling through gaps in these areas can be costly, and more importantly preventing water intrusion is vital, especially so close to the ocean.

We're at the framing stage right now on this project. The work is moving along nicely. At this rate, we're expecting the roof and exterior sheathing will be done by the end of January.

Block cell concrete fill...adding additional structural strength by installing rebar vertically in the open CMU cells and filling it with concrete.

Ponte Vedra Coastal New Construction
We are starting a new construction project across the street from the beach in Ponte Vedra. Today the site work was completed. Soon the foundation crew will be working on the footers, stem walls, retention wall, etc.. Check back often to see the progress on this fantastic home with ocean views.

The response have been excellent, even for this off season time of the year for tenant moving during the busy end of year / Christmas season. This is unit #1 at 2755 Park Street.
