Great progress at the Dancy St project; new windows installed, and insulation being installed today on all the exterior walls and 3rd floor ceiling. The new energy efficient windows & insulation will dramatically lower utility bills and improve sound proofing.

3555 Drexel St- new roof

Decided to replace the roof and discovered to do it right entails replacing decking and facia for much of the roof.  The good news is for the new homeowner, their getting peace of mind knowing the roof is new and a 25 year warranty on the singles. More to come soon!

3555 Drexel St- siding looks fantastic

Wow- what a difference new siding and roof make on this home!!! Can't wait to see the new windows installed and tropical landscaping to finish off the outside improvements. This is gonna have some real curb appeal when it's finished in a few weeks!!

Framing work starts today opening up the kitchen, adding a mudroom and a new master bedroom with on-suite bath and walk-in closet.

Our demo team is making great progress. The 25 x 13 room where the new master bedroom is be built out looks very spacious already. The hall bath and kitchen are complete gut jobs. Several walls between the kitchen, dining and family room have been removed to transform the space into a more open floor plan.

3555 Drexel St- Before Pic's on next project

Our latest project starts with demo on on this 3/1 home in Southside today. Big plans are in store for renovating this home into a 4/2, with new roof, siding, master bedroom suite with walk-in closet, double vanities, new custom kitchen, new windows, and more. This renovation should take about six weeks and have a listing price of $119,900. Check back with us often to see the progress.

One of the ways we add value to historical homes is to repipe the plumbing and rewire the electrical. It's not easy but well worth it. This home will have all new outlets, switches, wired smoke dectors, can lighting & pendants in the kitchen. The entire home has been replumbed, we've replaced the old clay sewer line, and added a half bath, and full master bath with jetted tub, custom shower, and enclosed toilet.
