3030 Oak St: Repiping
One of the ways we add value to historical homes is to repipe the plumbing and rewire the electrical. It's not easy but well worth it. This home will have all new outlets, switches, wired smoke dectors, can lighting & pendants in the kitchen. The entire home has been replumbed, we've replaced the old clay sewer line, and added a half bath, and full master bath with jetted tub, custom shower, and enclosed toilet. The lucky new home owner who purchases this home will love the new construction features in this charming historical home!

3030 Oak St: Our latest rennovation-- Historic Avondale
Jungle for a yard, paint on the windows peeling off in sheets, and inside the wall paper may have been original downstairs and in many of the bedrooms. Old steel water and sewer, and gas pipes that leaked and were rusted ran throughout. The plaster walls were cracked on almost every wall in the home. A/C and roof both over 20 years old each. This place has tons of potential but it needs an extreme makeover!
